Thoughtful therapy. Clear communication. Collaborative care. For Referrers
Referring someone to a therapist is about more than finding an appointment. It’s about finding the right fit.
I work collaboratively with referring professionals to provide individual, couples, family and group-based psychological support for families, adolescents and adults experiencing a range of mental health, trauma and relationship concerns.
My aim is simple: provide thoughtful, evidence-informed care while keeping communication clear and professional.
Therapy for the complicated stuff.
I support clients experiencing a range of mental health, trauma, neurodivergence and relationship concerns.
Trauma & Complex Trauma
Understanding the impact of experiences that continue to affect a person's sense of safety, relationships and everyday life.
Anxiety & Stress
Support for persistent worry, overwhelm, hypervigilance, panic and the feeling of being unable to switch off.
Depression & Burnout
Working through low mood, disconnection, exhaustion, loss of motivation and feeling like you're running on empty.
ADHD & Neurodivergence
Understanding the way a person's brain works and developing strategies that support functioning without adding more shame.
Emotional Regulation
Building an understanding of intense emotions, impulsivity, reactivity and the patterns that can follow.
Relationships & Connection
Support with communication, conflict, attachment, trust and recurring relationship patterns.
Parenting & Adolescence
Supporting young people and their families through big emotions, behavioural challenges, identity, family conflict and the complexities of growing up
A therapist who gets it
Clinical experience, without losing the human part.
I'm an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker with experience across trauma, complex mental health, child and adolescent mental health, foster care and therapeutic settings.
My work is informed by evidence-based approaches including DBT, CBT, Schema Therapy, EMDR and the Gottman Method, where clinically appropriate.
I take a collaborative approach to therapy; looking beyond symptoms to understand the experiences, relationships and patterns that help make sense of what's happening.
What You Can Expect
Thoughtful care. Clear communication.
When you refer a client, you can expect:
Individualised Assessment
Time to understand the person's circumstances, presentation, goals and support needs.
Evidence-informed Practice
Therapy informed by established therapeutic approaches and tailored to the individual.
Collaborative Care
Where appropriate and with the necessary consent, I work alongside other professionals involved in a person's care.
Focus on Connection & Suitability
If my service isn't appropriate for someone's needs, I'll be transparent about this rather than accepting a referral that isn't the right fit.
Our Process
Let’s Work Together
Good care doesn't happen in isolation.
If you have a client you think may benefit from therapy, I'd be happy to hear from you!
